Zevi's Story

In 1961, my father, David Chesner, discovered his passion for photography when he picked up his first camera. Within four years, he established himself as a prominent figure in the industry. Fast forward fifty years, and I found myself under his guidance.

In 2009, my father hired a professional photographer for an event and handed me a camera as well. Despite my lack of technical knowledge, my pictures turned out better than the hired photographer's. It was then that I realised my innate talent for photography.

From that moment on, I eagerly seized every opportunity to take photos or observe my father at work. I even rushed home from school to accompany him to various events. After a few months of learning under his watchful eye, I became his 'second shooter' at numerous large weddings.

During my four years in Israel at Yeshivah, I had the privilege of accompanying leading photographers to learn from them. I studied their unique styles, approaches, and techniques for capturing the perfect moments. Throughout this journey, my father's wisdom and guidance were always by my side.

To this day, I am grateful to work in an industry that allows me to witness and document my clients' most unforgettable moments. It is a privilege to be a part of these experiences.
